Where are you feeling blocked within your physical spaces?

Do you show up to your desk, kitchen, wardrobe, yoga mat or mirror to apply make-up and just feel blocked to begin?


When it comes to finding motivation to begin, I always find that having a clear space and elements around me that make me feel happy are a sure way to get going. I feel that your space around you evokes the energy you bring to your life, and if your space is full of items or energy that are not useful or beautiful to you, then they don't belong. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Your space is such a lovely way to express yourself, and tells the story of you. Your physical spaces around you should be the best expression of yourself.


I feel that your imagination is one of your most valuable assets, and your home should reflect all that you are, were and are wanting to be - anything is possible. It should feel well loved and lived in, while being clean and clutter free to allow you to grow and bring in new positive energy too. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I know that when I started practicing meditation, I couldn't do it in a cluttered space - my mind was already cluttered, that's why I was doing meditation! So by clearing out a space that is bright, airy and allowed me to imagine myself as I was becoming, I found I enjoyed showing up for meditation each morning. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

My guidance to you, my love, is that when you're finding it hard to begin something step back and assess the space that you're in and how it correlates to the 'doing' you're wanting to achieve. Can you clear something out? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It could be your spare bedroom, your wardrobe, your bathroom, your kitchen...wherever you show up feeling blocked, it's likely that your physical space is in need of a reshuffle and declutter to allow fresh energy, motivation and inspired action to come through to you ✧
